Shipping Policy

At NeverTooLost.com, we believe that unmet expectations are one of the most damaging things to any relationship, and we want to avoid them at all costs. We are committed to being uber transparent with our shipping policy to ensure you know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Free/Discounted Shipping Offers

Free or Discounted Shipping offers marked with '*' are subject limited availability and/or combination of discounts. Our system will work through multiple offers to attempt to give you the least expensive option for items in your cart and/or to allow you to take advantage of additional free products when available. Most coupons cannot be combined with free shipping, but the system will take into consideration an estimated shipping cost while determining the best deal for you.

We are a for profit company that supports a non-profit we need to make sure that we can continue to support our ministry well. 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. While we strive to process and ship orders on the same business day, especially when placed before 12 PM EST, please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the shipping address and the size and weight of your order.

We also offer free shipping on qualifying orders. This is limited to a determined dollar amount based on the order size and is applied automatically at checkout when the minimum purchase requirement is met.

We use a variety of carriers to provide the best service to our family of customers. While you can select your preferred carrier and rate at checkout, we reserve the right to change the carrier if it will result in better service or a faster delivery time. If your selected service is unavailable and results in slower delivery times, we will refund the difference in shipping cost.

  • Expedited Shipping: 2-5 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 business days

  • Media/Book Shipping: 5-10 business days (exclusively for book purchases)

  • International Shipping: 12-30 business days

Please Note:

  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, with the exception of Media Mail for book purchases.

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states, Canada, and select international locations.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

NeverTooLost.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

NeverTooLost.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about our family of customers. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at shipping@nowfoundpublishing.com with images of the damaged product and packaging. This helps us understand what happened and allows us to help in whatever way we can, while also holding the delivery services accountable for taking care of our customers.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
