Refund policy
We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. If you are not, please let us know so we can make it right with a replacement or refund. We do have some limitations like: not accepting returns of refunds if you have not contacted us for 30 days after purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund, but we care about you and want to make sure you are pleased so we will work with you to make it right.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. So, no wearing it to the club or for a special occasion and then think we can take it back and sell it to someone else. If it smells like you when we get it back, that's a dead giveaway and our other customers may not like your perfume or cologne. Also, it must also be in the original packaging, please don't ship us back stuff in shopping bags or Amazon boxes.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We don't sell those so you should not have to worry about them. If you send those items back to us, we will not refund you as you did not get them from us. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, that's just NASTY. And of course, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then check it again and again since financial institutions are typically stingy and don't want to give you your money... Kidding, but not kidding. It can take days and even weeks to post refunds.
If you do not receive it in an appropriate amount of time, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items may receive credit if you are not satisfied.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@nowfoundapparel.com and send your item to: 4193 W Bella Bluff, Herriman, UT 84096.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift, I hope you thanked the person for sending you some of the dopest apparel in existence. If it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4193 W Bella Bluff, Herriman, UT 84096.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Alaska is further away than Oklahoma and dogs run slower than delivery trucks, so be patient with them and give them a doggie treat when they get there. Please know we love you and want to take care of you and are not delaying anything on purpose.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned items. It is up to the shipping company to cover what you ship. If your return is damaged in shipping, then the refund will be covered by the shipping company. Our liability with that is limited as we were not the ones delivering it. Seems simple, but you can only imagine.
